Architectural Control

The purpose of the Architectural Control Committee is to secure (ensure) an attractive, harmonious, residential development having continuing appeal. This is accomplished by ensuring the appearance and value of the property and the architectural integrity of the development is maintained.
 
Prior to performing ANY alteration/addition to the exterior of your townhome it is the homeowner’s responsibility to check with the property manager (CMS) to determine if an Architectural Control Application is required to be submitted and approved prior to performance of the alteration/addition.
 
Homeowners are also advised that when a town home is up for sale a pre-closing inspection will be conducted by the Architectural Control Committee to determine if there are any violations of the governing documents and/or and items that require maintenance/correction by the homeowner or the Association.
