About Us

We are a beautiful residential townhouse community in Downers Grove, Illinois, conveniently located a few blocks from both I-355 and Metra.  The Villas of Bending Oaks consist of ninety-six brick and cedar-sided homes built by Sievers Construction Company beginning in 1994. There are five different floor plans in both one-story ranch and two-story styles.

We love our neighborhood and have an active association with competent board and committee members who keep our community attractive, well-maintained, and financially sound.  A congenial community, we enjoy neighborhood parties in summer for those who wish to participate.
